German Chocolate Caramel Bars

Ingredients
1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (I will provide probably get pecans)
14 ounce package light caramel candies
6 ounce package chocolate chips
Instructions
Grease and flour a 9"x13" baking pan. Combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk and nuts. Press half of the cake mixture into the pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
Melt Caramels with remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread caramel over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of caramels and plop on the rest of the cake mixture over the chocolate chips. Be careful not to smooth it out, so the chocolate chips will retain their shape. Bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Cut when cool.
